Dave, Doug, and I were talking about this today at NHA, but there is a Youtube clip that gives the full ATC audio from Flight 1549, which is the flight that crashed into the Hudson River in January 2009. Also, if you click on Youtube's search box, and put in "runway incursions," you'll get a lot of interesting videos, including this one: www.youtube.com/watch?v=zM_OCV8KT1A. In that clip, it seems like the only person who did not make any mistakes was the pilot who was holding short of 5R.
