Crowds and Clouds 2011
23 April 2011, Bermudian Valley Airpark (07N)
The Mason-Dixon Sport Flyers voted to sponsor Pennsylvania's answer to Sun 'n Fun on Saturday, 23 April 2011 at Bermudian Valley Airpark to mark the start of the 2011 flying season. Since, unlike Lakeland, Florida, we can not guarantee sun in April, our event has been named Clouds 'n' Crowds, which will start off small to see if it can grow on its own volition.
We will welcome fly in's, drive in's, walk in's, cycle in's, and even crawl in's for soup, hot dogs, hangar flying, and a movie called "Stealth" if enough folks are interested. This is just an excuse for us all to get together at the beginning of the season, to renew relationships with folks we haven't seen all winter and to share experiences and talk about plans for the coming year.
We can have gas available if enough of you let me know you will need it ahead of time.
